How does Club Lid Monthly Hat Subscription Work?

  • Joining Club Lid is free. Simply follow the steps to choose a monthly plan and we will send you a quality Snapback hat every month. Great as a gift or to add new hats and styles to your collection. You may update, change or cancel your account at any time by logging into your subscription account located at the bottom of our website, or by simply sending us an email to info@clublid.com and we will cancel same day. 


What can I expect in my first shipment?

  • Your first order will arrive with one new Snapback Hat that our Club Lid Team Members chose specifically for you.

Can I pay for a full year in advance?

  • YES ! We now offer Monthly, 3 month,

6 month & Yearly Subscriptions. All at Discounted Rates !

How much are the shipping charges for the monthly hat subscription?

  • U.S. based calculated shipping at checkout. 
  • Monthly Hat Subscription ships Worldwide.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

  • We accept All Major Credit Cards.

Do you accept PayPal?

  • Yes we accept PayPal and all Major Credit Cards.

Can I pick and choose a hat that I want?

  • Now whats the fun in that. If you want to choose the hat you receive we recommend visiting our online store. Only for the Monthly Hat Subscription we love going through and hand selecting a hat that we think is the best for our customer.

    What are free extras & when will I receive them?

    • Sometimes we will ship you Free Extras with your Monthly Hat Subscription order. These extras are based on availability and are shipped at random with some shipments. Our extras can be bracelets, shirts, hats, clothing, sunglasses, or anything !

    Do you ship outside of the US & to PO Boxes?

    • We ship Worldwide on select products* 
    • Shipping Time Frame anywhere from 2-20 Business Days for International Orders.

    What type of hats does Club Lid ship?

    • View our online store to view the quality hats that we ship.
    • Club Lid Monthly Hat Subscription Box currently ships new Snapback hats of all different styles and colors. We will never send you the same hat twice.

    Can I Cancel / Update My Subscription ?

    • Yes you may Cancel or Update your monthly hat subscription at anytime. Simply contact us by email or Click Subscription-Log In located at the bottom of the website page.

    Can you ship bulk orders?

    • Yes on certain items. Contact us for more info.

    When can I expect my Monthly Auto ship?

    • We select and ship our hats on the 6th of each month. Your recurring billing date is determined by your sign up date. Billing details are explained at check out

    Return Policy

    • 30 Day Return Policy on Select Items*. Please contact us or visit our Return Policy.
    • Currently there are no returns/exchanges accepted for the Monthly Subscription Service. We will try our best to send hats we think our customer will love. Our company runs on Customer Satisfaction.  
    • If there is Any issue with the product you receive we will deal with that on a case by case basis. Please contact info@clublid.com
